Before You Begin

Safety First: Turn off the beam light and unplug it from the power source to ensure your safety during the replacement process.

Step 1: Prepare light bulbs for replacement

Identifying the Lamp: Take note of the lamp type and model number. This information is crucial for purchasing the correct replacement lamp. Ensure that the replacement lamp is compatible with your beam light model. Refer to the user manual for guidance.

Step 2: Opening lantern tomb

Have the necessary tools ready, which include screwdrivers or other tools specified in the user manual. Use the screwdrivers to remove four screws on one side, the same operation on the other side. And then to remove the four screws of the heat dissipation window.

Step 3: Remove the Old Lamp

Use the screwdrivers to move the right sheet metal, rotate and remove the bulb, and use a plier to unplug the link wire, to take the old lamp out.

Step 4: Install the New Lamp

Take out the new light bulb and make the connections. Please pay attention to clamping with a plier to prevent it from loosening. Place the bulb and rotate it. Note that the connection point should be on the lower side.

Step 5: Install the lantern tomb

Install the heat dissipation window screws, and then install the two body shell screws.

Step 6: Test the Beam Light

Power On: Plug in the beam light and turn it on to test the new lamp.

Check for Proper Functionality: Ensure the beam light operates as expected, with no flickering or unusual behavior.

Final Tips:

Dispose of Old Lamps Properly: Follow local regulations for disposing of old lamps, which may contain hazardous materials.

Keep Records: Note the date of the lamp replacement for future reference and maintenance schedule.
