moving head light for club church event show

Moving Head Light  are a load of fun!

Whether you’re a band, church, DJ or in the theatre world, the dream for most people is to own or have access to moving lights.

How awesome would it be to have the ability to move a light wherever you need, change colors and project patterns, all automatically?

Since NE series was born at the beginning of 2020, which amazes us how the lighting effects that can take an average performance to new heights on a relatively small budget (hire) or investment long term. It has met with great favor home and abroad.

Outlook

Moving Head Light  NE series – NE290/NE360/NE380 made of fire-retardant new plastic materials, dust prevention as well.

Simple and generous appearance design accord with ergonomics.

While the head of the lighting screen is quite small, one of the aspects I like about this device is that it has a small footprint and a scratch-resistant coating that will improve its longevity.

I like how simple it is to configure the lighting effects that this device has. It has a four-button interface that lets you change colour, concentrate, and strobe flashes. Both controls are situated at the front of the platform, while the back has items like a DMX input/output and an interface for adding further phones.

Light Source

OSRAM SIRIUS HRI ® 371W(NE380) or 311W(NE360), Philips MSD Silver 250W (NE290)life time 1500H.

Cooperate directly with Osram and Philips factories to ensure that bulbs are produced by the original factory, the good light source that is intended to bring a sense of sunlight to the scene.

Lower end fixtures will tend to have louder fan noise, and are generally louder when they are moving.  VLTG use Japan Fan and high quality motor, nicer units tend to be very quiet compared to cheaper units.

Gobos

1 wheel of Gobos: 14 Gobos + open

Fixed gobo can be placed in the beam of the light to make a cool pattern on the stage.  NE series light has motorized focus, you can often morph.

You can even use gobos in the light if you want to create an impact on the wall or the board. There is also a dimming feature on this device, so you can increase the light when using some effects while leaving others clear.

Colour Wheel

1 colour wheel: 11 colors + White, half-color and rainbow effect.

With this unit, you have a stage lighting solution that has extremely powerful color control capabilities—i.e. it can change from warm white color to cool white color, any half-color effect, rainbow effect with bidirectional rotation.

The colours are supposed to change in time with the music. The biggest changes should be made to the downbeats, and when the song turns parts (verse, chorus, bridge, etc).

As the song becomes more exciting, the lights should also become more exciting. It implies more transition, more motion and more of the specials moments. Jumping from colour to colour is more disruptive than fading away so use this to your benefit.

This allows you to select from a number of colors or white, also allow you to sit between 2 colors, which looks really cool when you use it with gobos and/or prism!

Prism

2 revolving prism: 8 + 24 faces.  Two prisms can be superimposed, several lenses can create a variety of geometric designs.

Place one or two prism in your light to multiply the beam by 8, 24 or overlap the 2 prisms, however many facets your prism has.  This can also work as a “cheap zoom”.  Some lights have linear prisms that split the light in a line, and that looks really cool in haze.

Beam Dynamic effect

I love the effects that this lighting can produce. In all, there are ten lights together that can produce a rich backlight effect, wash lighting, or something a little more powerful for your results.

The unit draws light from high power LED bulb and is controlled through 16 DMX channels.

With an extremely extensive movement capability featuring pan 540° as well as tilt:270° (16bit), stage managers have a unit they can use to optimize stage lighting.

Moving Head Lights

These are super-sophisticated devices that are powered with a joystick-like you’re a fighter pilot or something like that. These also provide colour change, focus adjustments and motorized shutters.

The Moving Head 371 watt/ 311W/250W comes with different control modes. They include:

  • DMX512, wireless control (optional),
  • RDM
  • update software through DMX connection

Speed of Moving Head

Low noise/large torque, stable operation, the component is characterized by high speed based moving head—which can hit: X-axis horizontal scanning speed is 2.2 seconds, Y-axis horizontal scanning speed is 1.0 seconds.

Do you know how the brightness of the beam lamp is measured and compared?

Recently, many friends often ask me how to tell which beam light is brighter.

Check out these 3 steps to help you figure out the most brightness beam.
Step 1: Please bring out the illuminance meter.

Above picture is the illuminance meter (LUX meter), which is an instrument for measuring illuminance.

It is a photoelectric original that can directly convert light energy into electric energy( looks like below picture).

Step 2: Please Turn on the lamp in the same horizontal position.

At a distance of 10 meters, two brand of 250W BEAM has been opened.

The beam of the white circle shines on the curtain at the same distance.

Step 3: Measure by using an illuminance meter.

Measure on the first white circle using an illuminance meter.

Measure on the second white circle using an illuminance meter.

By comparison, whose light value is larger, the light is brighter at a distance of 10 meters.
